Deen Agro Initiatives Ltd is a limited liability company that has been active on the agricultural scene for over 16 years, combining long-term capital appreciation, income yield, and significant social impact. The company focuses on agriculture in areas with high biological growth rates, such as central, western, eastern, and some northern parts of Uganda. The company’s stakeholders consist of private investors, communities, investment groups, Saccos, NGO’s, and management. Thus far, the company has committed capital to over 60 plantations, which include both private land and forest reserves located all over Uganda. Since 2006, when the company started its operations, it has planted over 700 acres of trees as a company and over 1926 acres of trees for private investors.
